New Year's Day 2010: Friday, January 1, 2010 (Week of Dec. 27 - Jan. 2)
Waste and recycling service will not occur on Friday, January 1. It will be delayed to Saturday, January 2. Rumpke will return to its regular collection schedule on January 4, 2010.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Monday, January 18, 2010 (Week of January 17-23)
No delays.
Exception: Curbside recycling for City of Columbus residents will be delayed one day during the week of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Regular recycling collection resumes January 25, 2010.
President's Day: Monday, February 15, 2010 (Week of February 14-20)
No delays.
Exception: Curbside recycling for City of Columbus residents will be delayed one day during the week of President's Day. Regular recycling collection resumes February 22, 2010.
Memorial Day: Monday, May 31, 2010 (Week of May 30 - June 5)
Waste and recycling service will not occur on Monday, May 31, and service will be delayed one day during the week. Rumpke will return to its regular collection schedule on June 7, 2010.
Independence Day: Sunday, July 4, 2010 (Week of July 4-10)
No delays. Service will occur as scheduled.
Exception (City of Columbus ONLY): Curbside recycling and yard waste collection for City of Columbus residents will be delayed one day during the week of Independence Day. Regular collection for the City of Columbus resumes July 12, 2010.
Labor Day: Monday, September 6, 2010 (Week of September 5-11)
Waste and recycling service will not occur on Monday, September 6, and service will be delayed one day during the week. Rumpke will return to its regular collection schedule on September 13, 2010.
Columbus Day: Monday, October 11, 2010 (Week of October 10-16)
No delays.
Exception (City of Columbus ONLY): Curbside recycling and yard waste collection for City of Columbus residents will be delayed one day during the week of Columbus Day. Regular collection for the City of Columbus resumes October 18, 2010.
Veteran's Day: Thursday, November 11, 2010 (Week of November 7-13)
No delays.
Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 25, 2010 (Week of November 21-27)
Waste and recycling service will not occur on Thursday, November 25, and service will be delayed one day for the rest of the week. Rumpke will return to its regular collection schedule on November 29, 2010.
Christmas Day: Saturday, December 25, 2010 (Week of December 19-25)
No delays.
