COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio – June 14, 2013 – Rumpke Consolidated Companies, Inc. finalized an agreement with Tunnel Hill Partners to purchase certain waste collection assets from Forest Green Waste Service in Harrison, Ohio on June 14.
The purchase includes the New Baltimore Construction and Demolition Landfill in Hamilton County, Ohio, All Star Container Corp. and portable restroom operations. With the acquisition, Rumpke will add a small team of employees and 30 vehicles, as well as approximately 15,000 residential customers including one municipal contract and more than 300 commercial accounts.
Former Forest Green/new Rumpke customers will continue to receive service as scheduled. New customers can expect to receive letters with additional service details within the week.
