BUTLER, KY – April 2, 2014 – Rumpke recently welcomed Shane Elliott as the new operations manager for its Northern Kentucky hauling district in Pendleton County. In his role, Elliott oversees the 73 residential, commercial and industrial drivers of Rumpke’s fleet to ensure all waste and recycling is collected in a friendly, dependable manner.
Elliott has been with Rumpke for nine years. He previously worked in Rumpke’s Georgetown, Ohio, office as a route manager overseeing its residential fleet.
“Shane is a well-respected member of the Rumpke team,” said Todd Rumpke. “He has a very hands-on leadership approach, and can often be found working side-by-side with his team.”
Elliott currently resides in Brown County, Ohio, with his wife and three children.

One of Elliott’s first goals in his new role is to find a few good employees to join the team.
Rumpke is currently hiring for multiple driving positions. Candidates should have a clean driving record, a Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with air brake endorsement. If you don’t have a CDL but like to get one, Rumpke can help you obtain your CDL.
