Shiloh Selects Rumpke as New Trash Service Provider

SHILOH, OH – Nov. 3, 2016 – The Village of Shiloh (Richland County) has selected Rumpke Waste & Recycling as the new trash service provider for residents. Weekly trash service will occur on Thursday, starting Nov. 3, 2016.

“We’re excited to begin service for Shiloh residents,” said Sarah Mathews, municipal representative, Rumpke. “We appreciate the opportunity to provide an essential service for the community.”

Along with general trash, Rumpke will collect bulky items on the regular service day. Each item must be scheduled for collection in advance. Examples of bulky items include: appliances, carpet, and furniture.

In addition, it is required that all fabric and upholstered items such as furniture, mattresses and box springs be wrapped in plastic prior to collection.
