Rumpke Makes Changes To Phone System to Improve Customer Experience

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP – June 21, 2013 – Rumpke recently upgraded its phone system greetings. Our goal is to ensure quicker and more efficient service by better directing calls. Customers that call-in are encouraged to listen to the entire menu before selecting an option to ensure the call is transferred to the correct contact.
