MEDORA, Indiana — Family owned and operated Rumpke Waste & Recycling is hosting a job fair to recruit truck drivers and truck mechanics on
Tuesday, Aug. 22, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m., at its Medora office located at 546 S. County Rd. 870 West in Medora, just off of U.S. 50.
Job fair attendees will have an opportunity to apply and participate in immediate, on-site interviews. Rumpke is seeking CDL drivers, mechanics and candidates for its driver trainee program, where the company compensates employees and pays for training to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Rumpke employs 40 people at its Medora District, including drivers, mechanics, equipment operators, laborers, office personnel, and managers/supervisors. The Medora District includes a landfill, recycling center, hauling operation and maintenance garage.
