Delivery to Occur by the End of March 2018
WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio – March 15, 2018 – Rumpke and the City of West Carrollton are making curbside recycling bigger and better for residents by rolling out 65-gallon recycling carts to replace existing red bins.
Rumpke will deliver a recycling cart to each residence by the end of March 2018. Residents may begin using the carts upon delivery.
Beginning in April 2018, Rumpke will no longer collect recyclables out of the red recycling bins in West Carrollton.
Residents are not required to return the red recycling bin. Residents are encouraged to leave the red bin at the curb empty and upside down on their service day during the week of April 2, 2018, if they would like the bins removed permanently.
Rumpke mailed an informational flyer to residents in mid-March. The flyer included recycling guidelines, cart delivery details and cart placement procedures.
